These days, products with “rights” are being bought and sold everywhere by seemingly everyone. And it’s great! Cheap, pre-made content!

But do you REALLY have the rights you think you do?

Recently, I was informed that some Private Label Products I was selling did NOT have rights to be resold - even though the “rights” document included with the package said I did. This concerned me greatly.

You need to be aware of the problems that can arise for you if this happens to you. Just because you “didn’t know” or were misinformed, does not eman you can’t get into trouble.

So, since I am no lawyer, I decided to contact attorney Mike Young and get his thougths on this issue. What resulted is this 40 plus minute interview. You need to listen.

Two things first - you don’t have rights to this interview other than personal use. You may NOT give it away, sell it, etc.
